Terms of Service

The agreement between you and ChatRise when you use our platform.

Last updated: 1 August 2026 · These terms apply to all ChatRise accounts, on every plan.

1. Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service form a binding agreement between you and ChatRise ("ChatRise", "we", "us"). By creating an account, accessing the platform, or using any part of the service, you confirm that you have read these terms and agree to be bound by them. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company or agency, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that organisation, and "you" refers to that organisation.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the service.

2. Who can use ChatRise

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. The platform contains training material relating to adult content management and is intended exclusively for adult professionals working in that field.

You may not use the service if you are barred from doing so under the laws of your country of residence, or if your account has previously been terminated by us for a breach of these terms.

3. Accounts and seats

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information on your account and for keeping your login credentials confidential. You must notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

On agency plans, each individual who accesses the platform requires their own seat. Seats are personal and may not be shared between multiple people at the same time. An agency administrator may reassign a seat to a different person when a team member leaves.

As an agency administrator you are responsible for the conduct of every user you invite to your workspace, and for making sure they are aware of these terms.

4. Plans, billing and credits

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis unless stated otherwise at the point of purchase. Fees are quoted exclusive of applicable taxes, which will be added where required by law.

Certain AI-powered features consume credits. Each plan includes a monthly credit allowance, which resets at the start of each billing period and does not roll over. Additional credits may be purchased separately. Credits have no cash value and are not refundable.

We may change our pricing. Where a change affects an existing subscription, we will give you reasonable advance notice before it takes effect, and the new price will apply from your next renewal.

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. We do not store your full card details.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

We may suspend or terminate access immediately where we reasonably believe this section has been breached.

6. Your content

You retain ownership of any material you upload to the platform, including your own scripts, account rules, and training materials ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, process, and display Your Content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the service for you.

You are responsible for making sure you have the rights necessary to upload Your Content, and that it does not infringe the rights of any third party.

7. Our intellectual property

The platform, its software, design, branding, curriculum, drills, and all associated content are owned by ChatRise or our licensors, and are protected by intellectual property law. Your subscription grants you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to access and use the service for your internal business purposes. No other rights are granted.

8. AI features

Some features, including the practice arena and automated chat reviews, are powered by artificial intelligence. Output generated by these features is produced automatically and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for a given situation. It is provided as a training aid only.

You should not rely on AI-generated output as professional, legal, or compliance advice. You remain responsible for reviewing the output and for the decisions you and your team make on the basis of it.

9. Availability and support

We aim to keep the service available at all times but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or reasons outside our control.

Support is provided by email through our contact page. Response times vary by plan; priority support is included on the Agency plan.

10. Cancellation and termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your billing settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will retain access until then. Except where required by law, fees already paid are not refundable.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms, if payment fails and remains unresolved, or if we are required to do so by law. Where reasonable and lawful, we will give you notice first.

On termination, your right to use the service ends immediately. We may delete your data after a reasonable retention period; see our Privacy Policy for details.

11. Disclaimers

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

ChatRise is a training platform. We make no representation or guarantee about the commercial results, revenue, or performance improvements you or your team may achieve from using it.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ChatRise will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity, arising out of or in connection with your use of the service.

Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these terms will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we will notify you by email or through the platform before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [JURISDICTION], without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [JURISDICTION].

15. Contact
